School Fees

At ISJ, we aim to provide transparency around all fees and charges while maintaining the highest standards in teaching, care, and facilities.

1. Application and Enrolment
Application Fee
A non-refundable, non-transferable fee of IDR 4,500,000 is charged to cover the administrative costs of processing each application.
Enrolment Deposit and Advance Tuition Payment
To confirm a place at ISJ, families are required to make two payments:
- Enrolment Deposit: IDR 15,700,000 — refundable when the student leaves the school, provided all conditions are met (e.g. one full term’s written notice, return of school property, no outstanding fees).
- Advance Tuition Payment: Equivalent to one full term of tuition — this is applied as credit toward the student’s first term fee invoice.
2. Annual Charges
Capital Contribution
IDR 52,270,000 per year
Non-refundable and non-transferable. This contribution supports the continued development of school facilities and learning resources.
Materials Fee
IDR 15,080,000 per year
Non-refundable and non-transferable. Covers classroom materials and consumables used throughout the year.

What Tuition Fees Do Not Include
Tuition fees exclude:
– Personal iPads (Years 3–6)
– Personal laptops (Years 7 and above)
– School uniform
– Lunch and snacks
– Individual music lessons
– Extended clubs and wrap-around care
– School bus transport
– Excursions, trips, and curriculum-linked events
Sibling Discount
Families with more than two children enrolled at the same time are eligible for tuition discounts:
– Third child – 5%
– Fourth child – 10%
– Fifth and subsequent children – 15%
Payment Options
– Tuition fees may be paid termly or annually
– Monthly payments may be arranged by prior approval
– Capital Contribution and Materials Fees are charged annually
Extras and One-Off Charges
Items such as uniforms, meals, trips, and individual music lessons are billed termly.
Curriculum-linked events such as Science Week may be charged in advance.
Additional charges may occasionally appear in arrears.
Fee Reviews
All fees and charges are subject to periodic review. While we aim to set fees annually and maintain stability throughout the school year, circumstances such as regulatory changes, inflationary pressures, or unexpected operational costs may require adjustments during the year. Any changes will be communicated clearly and in advance, and we remain committed to transparency and fairness in all such matters.
