School Fees.

Application and Enrolment

Application Fee - A fee of IDR 4.5 million is charged to cover the administration costs of processing all applications for entry. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accepting A Place - An applicant who is offered and accepts a place at ISJ is asked to pay an Enrolment Deposit of IDR 15.7 million plus One Terms Tuition Fees.  Advance Tuition Fees are applied to the next fee invoice. The Enrolment Deposit is returned once the student leaves the school, provided at least one terms written notice has been provided to the school, or upon graduation, and any other relevant conditions have been met such as but not limited to the return of school property.

Capital Contribution

IDR 52.27 million payable annually. Non-refundable, non-transferable.

Materials Fee

IDR 15.08 million payable annually. Non-refundable, non-transferable.

Notes

Tuition fees do not include the cost of personal iPads (7s, 8s, 9s and 10s), personal laptops (11s and Up), school uniform, lunch, snacks, individual music lessons, extended clubs, wrap-around care, transport by school bus and excursions and trips.

Sibling Discount - Discounts on tuition fees will be applied for siblings who are in the School at the same time, as follows: Third child (5%); Fourth child (10%); Fifth and subsequent children (15%).

Capital Contribution and Materials fees are paid annually. Tuition fees may be paid annually or termly. In special circumstances fees may be paid monthly by prior arrangement with the school.

‘Extras’ such as school uniform, lunch, snacks, trips and individual music lessons are payable in full on a termly basis. Any trips or Curriculum Events such as Science Week are charged in advance. In some cases other extras may be charged in arrears.

All fees and charges are subject to review at the school’s discretion.
